At Property Network Partners, your consultation is not just a simple meet & greet session and is a crucial part of the process as it forms the basis of all your future steps. We really want to get to know who you are, were you are currently at financially and discuss in detail your financial goals and dreams. Our consultation is designed to provide a stress free experience with no high pressure tactics allowing you to really engage and express your concerns around things like becoming mortgage & debt free and planning for a comfortable retirement .

During the consultation, it is entirely up to you to engage in our services. At Property Network Partners, we operate differently to other agencies as our service is based around time & results. Our engagement letter is an authority to act on your behalf for searching, evaluating and recommending sound property options within 30 days. During this time, your finances are being assessed to get you market ready so when an opportunity presents itself, we are ready to take action.

 

It would be ideal if we had great property options at hand at all times, but in reality this is not the case. The 30 days in most cases gives our team ample time to "cherry pick" sound investment opportunities for our clients. There may be times where this process may take a little longer, and while we do anticipate this scenario, our primary focus is to find a property that fits within your budget & satisfaction.

Your Advisor will also construct a thorough Cash Flow Model & Investment Analysis Report to see how the property weighs up with current economical factors in 2, 5 & 10 years from now as well as taking into account projected values for things such as interest rate rises, vacancy rates, loss of income and other variables. 

 

Investing in residential real estate needs to be treated as a business first and foremost and all variables need to be taken into consideration before deciding and acquiring property.
